本学期,我继续担任八年级49班、艺八两个班的英语教学工作。工作中从各方面严格要求自己,积极向老教师请教,结合本校的实际条件和学生的实际情况,勤勤恳恳,兢兢业业,使教学工作有计划、有组织、有步骤地开展。立足现在,放眼未来,为使今后的工作取得较大的进步,现对本学期教学工作做出总结,希望能发扬优点,克服不足,总结经验教训,以促进教学工作更上一层楼。

一、学生的基本状况:

经调查,艺八班有一半的学生拼写不规范,学习不主动,对英语的兴趣不浓。49班约有1/3的学生学习态度较认真,对英语较感兴趣,但是他们基础较弱,听写能力有待加强。对英语学习兴趣不浓,学习态度很被动。因此,在教学中要尽量使用英语,适当利用母语;利用直观教具、动作、表情和玩游戏等方法吸引学生,让学生乐于学习。而且,教学中必须做到让学生明白:会用,反复练习句型和单词,提高水平,进行生动活泼的开放式的课堂教学,使学生从愉快的情景中学到知识,从而提高学生对英语科的学习兴趣,提高了教学效果。所以在课堂教学中要特别注意学生的兴趣的培养。

二、采取的措施:

1、认真学习新课程理念及学校工作计划,认真研究教材,加强落实、反馈、总结计划的执行情况。

2、教学过程中,注意抓常规教学,以学生为主体,面向全体学生组织教学,注意培养学生的听说读写的能力,充分利用早读时间,要求学生大声朗读课文。在课堂上特别注意调动学生的积极性,加强师生交流,充分体现学生的主体作用,注意精讲精练,在课堂上我讲得尽量少,让学生有更多动口动手动脑的机会;同时在每一堂课上都充分考虑每一个层次的学生学习需求和学习能力,让各个层次的学生都得到提高。

3、抓词汇和句型学习,经常进行听写训练,提高学生对记忆单词和句型的能力。

4、课堂内外多听多说英语。老师上课时尽量用英语讲课,这样能使学生更多地接触英语。每堂课要用一定的时间让学生用所学过的日常用语和课堂用语进行不同的形式进行对话。也可以结合实物、图片等用英语进行简单的描术,培养学生的语感。

5、布置作业做到精读精练,有针对性,有层次性。对学生的作业批改及时、认真,分析学生的作业情况,将他们在作业过程出现的问题做出分类总结,进行透彻的评讲,并针对有关情况及时改进教学方法,做到有的放矢。培养小组长帮助我检查其他学生朗读、背诵课文。

6、抓小测验过关,并注重阶段性复习。

三、教学方面的经验、存在问题及今后的做法:

(1)教的方面:

深入了解和分析学生情况,有针对地教学。另外因狠抓落实“学习法”,使学生学习习惯得到进一步改善,英语成绩有了些许突破。虽然我们也进行了英语阅读训练,但学生阅读能力的提高不大。单选、完成句子的得分率还过得去,但综合知识未来得及操练,其他项目得分率就较低。今后,应该加强完型填空、阅读理解的训练。

(2)学的方面:

一要培养学生对英语学习有兴趣,二要培养学生的责任心从小事开始,,坚持常年不断地、自觉地、随时随地接触英语、运用英语知识,英语成绩就会不断提高。

如果只是为了应付考试,临时抱佛脚地补习,即使可以应付一时,但掌握的知识都是不牢固的。新旧知识就会顾此失彼

第一,确立与新课程相适应的教育观念。

学生是学习的主体,老师不能代替学生读书,代替学生感知,代替学生观察、分析、思考,代替学生明白任何一个道理和掌握任何一条规律。老师只能让学生自己读书,自己感受事物,自己观察、分析、思考,从而明白任何一个道理和掌握任何一条规律。于是我改变“一言堂”,把课堂还给学生,形成师生交往、积极互动、共同发展的教学过程。

第二,使学生明白学习目的。

要学好英语,首先要使学生认识到学这一语言的目的和意义。众所周知,人类社会已经进入了21世纪,新的世界将是个充满竞争和多变的世界,中国要在跨世纪的竞争中取得主动,中华民族要腾飞,最终取决于优秀科技人才的涌现。如果我们不懂英语,怎么去了解世界?就拿三亚来说,第55届世界小姐竞选在三亚举行,许多外国游客来旅游。如果我们不会说英语,也听不懂他们说什么,就无法与他们交流,沟通,更谈不上有商业交易了。只有学生自觉地把自己的理想与祖国的前途和命运联系起来,才会对英语学习真正感兴趣,这种兴趣也有可能转为学习英语的动力。因此我结合本地区学生的实际情况,通读和节选教材,围绕着最简单、最基本、最常用的英语词汇、句型、交际会话等进行教学,使学生对英语产生兴趣,形成学习动机。

第三,努力建立融洽的师生关系。

相对来说,初中生比小学生独立性强,自尊心也逐渐增强,渴望得到尊重。师生之间只有互相尊重,互相信任,才能建立起友好关系,从而促进学生学习的兴趣。所以我必须正确认识学生的主体地位,耐心细致地指导学生,沟通和学生的思想感情,使自己成为学生欢迎和爱戴的人。上课时我是学生的老师,循循善诱和激发学生学习的积极性,大胆求异创新;课后我却成为他们的大姐和好朋友,无话不谈,亮起心灵之光;生活上,我是他们的父母,关怀备至。

在我们全组老师科学的安排、共同的努力之下,我们取得了很好的成绩,回首这一年的历程,我们有收获、感慨、有反思。收获的是最终取得的满意的成绩,感慨地是一年里全组老师付出的辛苦,反思的是教学过程中还有应该做的更好的环节,下面我就从两个大面来总结我们这一年的历程。

一、高度重视新授课阶段

1、把握好节奏,不抢进度

在这个阶段,我们一丝不苟的做好每个环节,绝不盲目的赶进度,而是扎实的落实课本的教学目标,落实每一个模块的基础知识目标和能力目标,每一个模块的词、词组都落实到位,每一篇课文都以阅读的要求来训练学生,使得学生既掌握了新知识,又提高了阅读的能力。

2、重视新课的训练

每个模块都安排一个训练,把每个模块的词、词组和重点的句子都要让学生掌握,每个模块话题都要写一篇作文,让每个模块的知识在学生的脑子里都能留下深刻的印象,实际上是在为复习阶段做好了基础的准备。

抓住了新授课阶段的质量,也就等于抓住了初三一半的教学质量。

二、高效地抓好复习阶段

复习阶段我们分为四个阶段:基础复习阶段---巩固提高阶段—综合训练阶段---应试阶段

我们全组老师一起认真地学习考试说明,研读考试说明中的每一个细节,研究近三年的中考命题,制订复习计划,每个阶段前都是认真地讨论中考的方向,分析学生的现状,针对不同层次的学生制订不同层次的复习计划。

1、抓牢基础复习阶段

这个阶段是三月末开始的,在这个阶段中,针对中等生和后进生我们落实考试说明中的1600个词中的高频词和三百个短语中的常见短语,及50个句型中的简单句型。对于高端的学生,我们落实1600词中的低频词和星号词、未标注词,所有的三百个短语,及50个句型的熟练运用。还要落实考试说明中的双向细目表的语法项目。这个阶段每周都有很多的相应的训练。把这几个内容拼盘式的训练。我们把阅读的A、B篇也定为阅读的基础,所以在这个阶段,也每天的练习阅读,尽可能的保证所有的学生都能拿满分。

2、抓实巩固提高阶段

这个阶段的复习实在前一个阶段的基础上,使得学生在基础知识方面更加的熟练于心,在完型和阅读、写作方面有很大的提高,所以在这个阶段,我们全组老师很辛苦,既要把握基础知识的熟练广度的训练,还要在完型和C、D篇的阅读训练上有所突破,我们整和近几年来的中考题和我区的模拟题的阅读和完型来训练学生,使得学生在心理上对完型和C、D篇阅读有信心和掌握不同题型的答题方法,有效的保证能力所及的分能够都得到。

这个阶段就是我们的一模前,训练到这个时候,学生对自己的英语水平已经比较有信心了,为一模做好了一个很好的准备。

3、抓好综合训练阶段

这个阶段非常重要,因为它是在一模之后,一模的成绩让许多的学生产生了信心的动荡,所以利用好这个阶段的训练,能增强学生战胜中考的信念,我们很认真的分析我市模拟考试题帮助学生找到提高的空间。我们有选择的使用各市的模拟题,进行整和,限时的训练,然后进行认真的讲评,错误较多的题在下次的训练中再次出现,通过这个阶段的训练,学生对做题过程很清楚,学生们有了稳定的做题节奏,而且对难题的信心也增强了。

4、抓巧应试阶段

这个阶段是在二模后到中考的20多天时间里,我们认为这个时间段很重要,有正确的应试能力也很重,所以我们利用每天的时间培养学生的应试策略,保证把自己会的分数能稳而准的拿到,对每个大题都制订自己的最低和最高的目标,在每一套的综合训练题中让学生模拟出中考的样心理,最大限的保证学生们的高水平的发挥,事实也是这样的,有很多的学生在中考中发挥出了最好的水平。

我们就是这样严格的落实着每个阶段的任务,踏踏实实的走好每一步的,落实每个环节任务而完成中考教学的,也正是全组老师的精诚合作度过了一个个时刻,虽然中考的脚步已离我们渐远,但奋斗的画面却永远的定格在我们教育生涯之中,我们也正是在多年的这样难以忘怀的画卷中不停的给耕耘着、感慨着、反思着,愿我们的这点反思和感慨能对大家有所启示和帮助。

三、学情简要分析

今年我校高一年级共有六个班,两个国兴班,四个普通班。学生整体英语水平较低,普遍英语底子差,基础薄。我担任6班和4班的英语老师,这两个班分别是文科的普通班和理科的普通班,基础相对较差,并且学生的成绩参差不齐。

四、具体措施和工作要点

1、做好初高中英语知识点的衔接工作

为了高中阶段的英语教学可以比较顺利的展开,使学生打牢英语学习基础不至于出现知识断层,本学期要有计划的把学生初中学过的但掌握不好的词汇、短语、句型、语法分插于10个单元的新课教学中。

2、英语学习方法的指导和学习习惯的培养

学习习惯是学生学业成败的关键。英语教师要指导学生掌握正确的学习方法,通过严格持久的训练,养成良好的英语学习习惯,发挥他们的潜能,提高学习效率,培养自学英语的能力。

3、阅读训练

阅读理解能力的培养是高中英语教学的重点,也是高考的重头戏。在单元教学中专门抽出一两节课作为阅读课,并且有计划的指导学生掌握科学的阅读方法。每周一次的课外阅读材料为中考题的阅读文章。

4、早晚读的单词记忆与巩固
